Sriram (pronounced /shree-rahm/) is a product designer and researcher based in New York, and a Senior Product Designer at Accolade. The work there centers on AI products: agent UX, generative UI, human-in-the-loop workflows, and conversational and voice AI, all prototyped in code.
Before Accolade, Sriram designed at Zoho, Marketeq Digital and an EduTech startup, and earned an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction Design at Indiana University Bloomington.
Along the way that has meant working with B2B SaaS, EduTech, nonprofit and IT consulting teams on branding, websites, apps and marketing: stories and digital experiences that make products shine, resonate with users and win over investors.
Beyond the day job, Sriram keeps a lab of side projects and experiments, from spatial computing concepts to watch faces and motion studies.

Senior Product Designer
Accolade builds AI-native software for multifamily property management. It sits on top of systems of record like Yardi and AppFolio as a system of action, letting AI take on the repetitive work.
I design its AI products: Spark, the in-product assistant that drafts forms for operators to review, invoice automation for accounts payable, and a voice AI call experience. I prototype them in code.
2025 – 2026Accolade
Design Intern
I joined as a design intern to lead the company's new website from zero to launch, and built a design system from zero to 40+ components.
2024Marketeq Digital Inc.
UX Research and Design Intern
Marketeq Digital is building a project-based talent platform where teams scope projects and hire for them.
As the sole designer on its project scoping tool, I researched and designed Gantt-style timelines and cost estimation, audited 100+ platforms, and created design tokens and documentation for a design org of 30+ people.
2021 – 2023Zoho Corporation
UI Designer
Zoho makes a suite of business software, including Zoho Show, its cloud presentation tool.
I built the design system behind Zoho Show's redesign for Apple platforms, used by over 1 million people, designed video filters for Vani, and ran an accessibility audit that improved WCAG conformance by 80%.

Campus Avenue was an EduTech startup in Chennai.
As a user experience design intern, I designed its mobile app.

User Experience Lead
Autism Rocks and Rolls is a nonprofit founded by Sam Mitchell. I worked with it through IU Corps' START program at Indiana University.
I led the redesign of its website, from a site audit and testing with 10+ people to a new design system, and built it in Next.js.
